Enjoy a resort-style apartment with access to an artificial lagoon! Ideal for groups of up to 8 on the ground floor. Access to artificial beaches, pools, palapas, parks and green areas from 8am–8pm. The space This property has the following areas: ° Parking: With capacity for two cars in the assigned spot and an exclusive space for people with disabilities. ° Kitchen: Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cookware, blender, and basic utensils for preparing and serving your meals. ° Dining Room: Spacious for 6 people, with the option to add two extra chairs found in the apartment for more capacity. ° Living Room: With a fold-out sofa bed. ° Bedroom 1: Room with a King Size bed, air conditioning, cable TV, and a private full bathroom. ° Bedroom 2: Room with a full-size bunk bed and an extra individual bed, with capacity for 5 people. ° Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, one inside the master bedroom and another in the common area. ° Balcony: With an incredible view of the lagoon. ° Cleaning Room: Here you will find some cleaning supplies and a basin. The use of a washing machine and dryer is not included for guests (but we can recommend a nearby laundromat). Guest access When you become our guest, we will provide you with a wristband that will give you access to the vast lagoon with both shallow and deep pools. You will also be able to use the lounge chairs, children’s play areas, gym, and enjoy the shade of the palapas. All of this is available within the established hours, from 8 AM to 8 PM. In front of the building, you will find Ceiba Park, which has a picnic area to enjoy the outdoors. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE A LOBBY OR WAITING ROOM, so if you arrive before the check-in time, please let us know so we can check if it’s possible for you to access the apartment earlier than the established time. This will depend on whether the apartment is ready for your arrival, meeting our proper cleaning standards. We regularly perform fumigation, certified by COFEPRIS, and continuous maintenance on the apartment's equipment to ensure everything is in perfect condition during your stay. However, if any issues arise, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We are committed to providing a prompt solution and will do everything possible to make your experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Other things to note The accommodation is located very close to supermarkets such as Chedraui Santuario and Walmart, and you can even walk there. On the corner, there is a 24-hour OXXO convenience store, and within the condominium, there is also a "Dreams Store." We recommend visiting the "Santuario María Desatadora de Nudos," which has become a major attraction in Quintana Roo and is located very close to the accommodation. We do not offer laundry service for guests, but across the street, you can find a laundromat. On Av. 135, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and food stalls. We offer the option to rent Kayaks during your stay, so you can use them in the large pool between 8 AM and 8 PM. It takes approximately 30 minutes by car to reach the hotel zone, and it also takes around 30 minutes to get to the airport.
