We do not provide bed and bath linens. The house voltage is 220 volts. We have a hot shower in the bathroom and an outdoor cold shower. The space Our space is a well-ventilated place equipped with air conditioning. We offer TV with Claro TV, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen with utensils, pots, glasses, dishes, minibar, stove, microwave, all complete for those who like to prepare their meals. We have a hammock for guests to relax outdoors and a basic beach kit with chairs and a cooler. Our space is monitored by EXTERNAL CAMERAS offering privacy to guests. Guest access The property is private and guests have full access to it. Other things to note The house is 220 Volts. We do not provide bed and bath linens. When you activate the gate control to open and realize that it is opening slowly, do not interfere, let it open until the end, then you can activate the button to close, normally. This happens when there is a power outage in the neighborhood, when the gate returns it makes an automatic reconfiguration, if there is interference in the first opening, the gate will be deconfigured and its operation will be impaired, when closing it will hit the frame hard and/or will not close completely.
