The password will be sent on the day of the stay, as we change it after each stay, ensuring the security of the place. To ensure proper control, access to the apartment will be authorized only after sending a photo to the hosts at least one hour before check-in. The photo will be registered in the security and access control system of the entrance. Failure to send the photo within the stipulated period will prevent the stay, and the guest is fully responsible for any consequences arising from this failure. Check-in, Checkout and Stay in Common Areas -It is not allowed to wait for check-in or checkout on the stairs, entrance or common areas of the condominium. -Use of the social hall is allowed only 1 hour before check-in and up to 1 hour after checkout.
