Guest access Authorization to enter the building is given by the hosts, through registration and facial recognition, with a quick and simple process, carried out through a link sent prior to check-in. The guest has access to coworking in the building, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a bicycle rack. Access to the apartment will be made with a numerical code for a smart lock sent by the hosts before check-in. It is necessary to send a photo document of ALL occupants for access clearance at the entrance. Guests or visitors without prior document submission will not have access to the building due to measures stipulated by the condominium. Early Check-in and Late-Checkout only upon request. We do not offer parking spaces, but it is possible to stop the car in a nearby parking lot or on the street in front of the building. Other things to note We provide a complete set of linens during the stay with: bed linens and blanket, bath and face towels.
