Additionally, guests have access to a shared laundry area in the building, available daily between 09:00 and 16:00 upon request, completely free of charge. Reach the rooftop terrace on the 6th floor by taking the elevator to the 4th floor and then walking up two flights of stairs. The Rooftop Terrace is open until 23:30 For your safety, security cameras are installed in the common areas of the building. Namely, the main entrance of the building, the common rooftop terrace, the co-working space and the staircases No smoking inside the property and the building is allowed. Smoking is allowed only at the outdoor areas like the balcony and the rooftoop No pets No extra guests other than the specified ones are allowed in the property No parties BATHROOM - PLEASE do not throw toilet paper in the toilet! There is a small garbage bin next to the toilet where you can throw the toilet paper/tissue. Sealed plastic bags are provided. Just to note that this is a common practice all over Greece, due to the design of the sewage system here, and it is not specific to our property. AIR CONDITIONING - Before switching on the A/C, make sure all window frames are closed. The A/C temperature can be adjusted by the white controller found in the apartment.
