The uniquely furnished apartment extends over two floors. The spacious roof terrace offers a view over the whole of Vienna. In summer you can harvest fresh tomatoes and peppers from there. The apartment is furnished with unique pieces and art objects from all over the world. There is enough space for four people with 2 bathrooms & 2 bedrooms. The connection to public transport with U3, U4, U6 and the tram line to the main station is perfect. The airport bus stops within walking distance. The space For two people, the loft has a large kitchen-living room with baby grand piano, modern coffee machine from Jura, stove, oven and microwave, a bedroom, a bathroom with two sinks, shower and bathtub, separate toilet, as well as the upper area with living room, office and the green jewel above the roofs of Vienna, the spacious roof terrace. For 4 people there is also a bedroom, a dining room and a bathroom. The apartment is modernly furnished with unique items from all over the world, has underfloor heating and air conditioning for hot days. On request, the area can also be expanded for two people, such as a bathroom and a separate bedroom. Since Vienna is the city of coffee, we give our guests the opportunity to enjoy fresh coffee from a modern, fully automatic coffee machine for free. Party guests are not welcome. Pets such as dogs, cats, etc. are not welcome. Smoking is only permitted on the roof terrace. Guest access My guests/visitors have the entire loft apartment to themselves. If there are two guests, there is the restriction that a bathroom, bedroom and living room are not available. This can be changed upon request. Other things to note My home is your home. I am happy to have nice and quiet guests who want to explore the world. Please treat my furnishings with care. If something breaks, please report it to me immediately. Party guests are not welcome and smoking is only permitted on the roof terrace.
