Centrally located near the 101/202 as well as around the corner from Price Corridor; 15 miles from Sky Harbor Airport; 5 mins from Chandler Fashion Ctr; 10 mins from DT Chandler & 20 mins to Scottsdale or SanTan Village in Gilbert. The space The casita is a detached guest house with its own entrance and smart lock entry. The guest house is separated from the main house by a courtyard, allowing for complete privacy. Newly renovated with modern features, the space can accommodate two adults comfortably. There is a sofa and futon that both convert into a full sized bed. We offer a 65" smart TV and wifi access. In the kitchenette is a sink, microwave, small fridge and Keurig with coffee pods. The bathroom provides a full-sized shower with provided towels and toiletries.
