Our inn is located in the center of the Kumano-chou area and offers clean and comfortable rooms that can accommodate up to two people. It is recommended for couples and single people staying for a long term. We try to keep the rooms simple and relaxing, and provide you with an auto-locked entrance and a quiet living room perfect for experiencing the "Tokyo lifestyle". Long-term stays are welcome. There is no elevator. Please note that the door will automatically lock after 3 minutes of inactivity. ◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇ Other things to note *The room is a one-room apartment, so it may feel small if two people stay in the same room. *The room is 13m2. *When using the sofa bed, please be sure to hang a sheet on the sofa bed. *There is a washing machine, but no dryer. You need to go to a nearby coin laundry for a dryer. The hot water switch is on the wall next to the kitchen. *Please keep your voice low in common spaces. You are not allowed to leave your luggage in the hallway. *Towels are one bath towel and one face towel per person, regardless of the number of nights you stay. Additional towels are available for a fee. Please let us know before check-in if you wish to add more towels. In order to reduce plastic waste, toothpaste, shavers, and combs are not provided. (Hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available.) *Amenities other than those listed are not provided. *We do not clean the room during your stay. If your room gets dirty, please clean it yourself with the cleaning supplies provided in the room. *Waste needs to be collected as industrial waste, so please contact us by message when you have accumulated waste. *Smoking is not allowed in the room.
