Comfy&cozy. The space As an interior designer and long-time Airbnb host, I created this space to feel like a true home for remote workers and mindful travelers. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to help you feel happy, inspired, focused and fully at ease. Útulno is on the 3rd floor of a gorgeous historic building in Karlovy Vary. Upon entering, a convenient shoe cabinet, bench and mirror offer a welcoming, functional foyer. The first room combines work, cooking and rest zones. There’s an adjustable workstation with an IKEA JÄRVFJÄLLET ergonomic chair for optimal comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine—everything you need for longer stays. A custom pull-out sofa anchors the cozy chill corner—perfect for movie nights on the 40” smart TV mounted on a flexible wall arm. The second room is your bedroom, second office, private gym and spa corner in one. The queen-size bed has a luxury orthopedic mattress and a selection of pillow types to suit your preference. It rests beneath a marble mural I painted myself, inspired by Karlovy Vary’s geology—the richest in the world! Enjoy a separate toilet for privacy, and an en suite shower that adds a playful touch of luxury. Another ergonomic workspace (this time with a Haworth Comforto X99 chair) gives you a quiet alternative for deep work. Need to move your body? The yoga corner includes a large mirror, vibrant rug and wooden wall bars—great for stretching, Pilates or strength training. A spacious, hand-painted wardrobe provides ample storage for longer stays. I’ve hosted on Airbnb for over 10 years, and I genuinely care about every guest experience. My mission?
