The space The apartments have WI-FI, two bedrooms, a spacious living room, two bathrooms, and a large bathroom with a bidet. The equipment of the apartments was purchased in 2022-2024. The heating in the apartments is adjustable in each room. A smoke detector is installed. The capacity of the apartments is 6 adults and one small child, but an additional sleeping place on a comfortable mattress can be organized. The cost is indicated for optimal occupancy - 4 adults. In the bathroom, guests are offered a hairdryer, dispensers with shower gel, shampoo, and soap. The bathroom is also equipped with a storage area with baskets for dirty laundry and towels, ironing and drying accessories. In the additional toilet, there is a luxury AEG washing machine for 8 kg of laundry. If necessary, laundry detergent is provided to guests free of charge. In one of the bedrooms, there is a large oak bed (180x200), in the other - a quality sofa bed (150x200) and a workplace. Guests are provided with bed linen and a set of towels free of charge. Each bedroom and the hallway have spacious wardrobes. In one bedroom, there are mirrors. In the living room, guests will find a comfortable corner sofa and a large oak dining table that will delight with convenience. In the stylish and cozy kitchenette, you will find everything necessary for cooking and storing food (microwave, oven, stove, maximally spacious TOSHIBA refrigerator, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine). Dishwasher capsules are provided for the entire stay and are included in the price. Guests are also welcomed with a complimentary surprise. A large set of dishes, including glasses, will satisfy the needs of the most demanding hostess. The kitchen is equipped with various types of lighting, allowing you to create an intimate atmosphere in the evening. The living area is equipped with a huge PHILIPS TV with 4K image quality and a wide selection of channels in different languages, YouTube, etc. For book lovers, books of various genres are offered. So that adult guests traveling with children can enjoy their rest, we have taken care of children’s leisure. The apartments have toys for children of different ages and a mat for playing on the floor. For small guests, a crib-playpen, a high chair, and plastic dishes are provided. On the walls of the apartments, there are real oil paintings by a professional artist. The building has a reception with video surveillance. The entrance to the building is by key, which you will receive upon check-in. In 2024, a complete renovation of the common areas was carried out in the building, as well as partial renovation in the apartments. Other things to note Within walking distance of the apartments, there are restaurants and snack bars with Czech, Georgian, and Italian cuisines. Also, near the house, you will find several public transport stops. All buses in Karlovy Vary pass through the Třnice bus station, near which there is a large Albert supermarket. However, 200 m from the house, there is also a minimarket JIP. The Imperial funicular, thanks to which you can easily overcome the hills of Karlovy Vary, is located 400 m from the house. For guests traveling by car, a covered guarded paid parking lot is 300 m away (contact for reservation is provided upon request), but it is also possible to park for free near the house. Guests are also offered a parking space in the underground garage in the building for an additional fee. 350 m from the house is the Imperial Hotel with a sports complex with a fitness area, gym, and tennis court. Also, in nearby hotels, you can take healing water, undergo a health treatment course, and receive SPA and cosmetic procedures.
