Les Rosiers du Blosen is a spacious detached house ideally located in Thann in a quiet area, close to shops & surrounded by a garden and a fenced orchard. It was completely renovated in 2024 and classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation in 2025. Totally independent, this house is ideal for spending pleasant moments with family or friends in a quiet and green environment; it can accommodate up to 11 people and 1 baby. The space 🏡 Modern and spacious comfort The 180 m² house has a large bright living area with a dining room, a living room equipped with a large connected flat screen TV and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a remote work area and a small children's desk with books and games. 🍳 The open "Schmidt" kitchen with central island is fully equipped: oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers (Standard ground coffee & Nespresso), kettle, toaster, 2 raclette and pierrade appliances & all the accessories for cooking! 🌞Terrace, garden furniture & outbuilding: a large terrace is accessible from the kitchen, equipped with a large table, plancha, garden furniture & parasol. A typical Alsatian-style outbuilding, with dining table, bar and wood-burning fireplace, will enhance your evenings! 🛏️ The gîte has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which can be converted into double or single beds, accommodating up to 11 people + a baby. 💦 It is equipped with 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, a shower room in the master suite & a shower in the sauna area. 🌫 A sauna for 6 people with light therapy and olfactotherapy is available for a relaxing time. 🕹 A games room with foosball, smart TV and video games will delight children & adults! 👶 All baby equipment is available free of charge: Baby bed, highchair, bathtub, dishes 🧼 Linens and towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. The gîte has a washing machine and a dryer. Guest access Access via stairs for the main entrance and also via the terrace with "easier" access but not suitable for disabled people. Other things to note The gîte has the "Accueil Vélo" Label 🚴 awarded by France Vélo Tourisme: - A warm and personalized welcome with information and advice tailored to cyclists, - Secure and free parking for your bikes, - The possibility to recharge the batteries of your electric bike, - A complete repair kit at your fingertips, etc. Thann is located at the South Gate of the Alsace Wine Route, ideal for discovering the region from South to North, the Vosges, Belfort, Switzerland and Germany. From the orchard of the gîte, you can directly escape on many hiking trails, marked trail circuits, bike paths and mountain bike trails. The unmissable route des crêtes, its farm inns, typical villages such as Colmar, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg are very easily accessible by car from the cottage. And for family outings, less than an hour away: Mulhouse Zoo, the National Automobile Museum, the Petit Prince Park, the castles, the Ecomuseum of Alsace, the Mountain of the Monkeys, Europa Park, etc. In December, there are many Christmas markets and in Winter if there is snow, the cross-country & alpine ski resorts are 40 minutes away...
