This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through. The space The property has 2 bathrooms. One with toilet and shower and the other with toilet, bathtub and shower. The whirlpool is on the balcony. Each room can accommodate 2 people, the 7th person would sleep in the living room on the sofa / mattress. Other things to note It is basically not a party location, requests for moderate JGAs or smaller events are possible but only against a deposit, and possibly an increased cleaning fee.
