Close the curtains to isolate yourself from the sun's intensity and enjoy your rest in the half-light or total darkness. Guest access Access to the building will be through the reception, which will be informed of your name and arrival and departure dates. Check-in is after 2 p.m. Check-out must be done by noon. We request strict observance of the check-out time because the occupancy of the property is quite high and the room service needs to be performed before the next guest arrives. Upon arrival, all guests will be registered and will make a facial recognition registration at the reception, which will guarantee access to the building, fitness center and home office. The recognition system will be valid only for the duration of your stay. Use of the rooftop swimming pool is only for guests, and no visitors are allowed. The building events room and gourmet space can be used by reserving the rooms at the reception or directly with the owner in advance, if available. The laundry can be used through the “C'Clean Lavanderia” app, by recharging the app or enabling the credit card. The washing and drying service costs R$ 12.50 each. To access the apartment, you must enter the password that will be provided after booking on the electronic lock panel. Tap the lock panel to bring it up and enter the sequence of numbers. The door will automatically lock after it is closed. Rotating parking spaces are available in the ground floor garage. You can request access to the garage at the front desk, which is open 24 hours. The remote control for the garage is in the apartment. There will be a charge of R$ 100.00 if the remote control is lost. Any changes to the policy for using the building's common areas and other matters related to the availability of amenities in the apartment will be communicated promptly. We ask that you observe the quiet hours in the apartment and common areas, every day of the week (from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.). Other things to note For longer stays (more than 4 nights), an extra set of bed and bath linens will be provided if needed. An extra cleaning of the unit can be requested at an additional cost of R$ 50.00. Guests are advised not to be present at the time of cleaning. Please water the plants.
