In the living room, there’s a comfortable Queen sofa-bed for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand-new electric stove and a combo oven/microwave. The unit also has a dishwasher, plus stackable washer and dryer. There's no need to check in at the hotel side (left entrance). Simply provide your ID to the residential reception. Smoking and parties are prohibited, and there is a $200 penalty for doing so.
