Located on the 8th floor with an elevator and balcony, it’s well connected: the tram stop is 190m away, linking to Santa Maria Novella station and the airport in just 10 minutes. The apartment features 2 double bedrooms, equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and Smart TV. Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby. The space Newly furnished apartment with care and equipped with all comforts, it consists of two double bedrooms, one with separable beds, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for any need, a fully equipped bathroom, and a small balcony where you can smoke, hang clothes, and enjoy the hues of the Florentine sunsets. Both bedrooms are very bright and spacious, with comfortable double beds and pillows, large wardrobes, drawers, desks for working or studying, an armchair for relaxing, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc., is in the master bedroom (Pitti). A modern and complete bathroom with a rain-style shower, sanitary ware, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap, and a hairdryer. A washing machine is also available for free use. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. It includes a gas stove, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, oven, Bialetti coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, and moka pot. It also provides a complete set of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and cutlery. Coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, moka coffee, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar are always available as a courtesy. The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and provided with linens. The apartment is air-conditioned, has free fast Wi-Fi, a 40” Smart HDTV in the Pitti bedroom, and a smaller one in the kitchen. A small safe is also available for our guests’ use. Guest access The apartment is easily reachable by Tram from both Florence's Vespucci Airport (10 min) and the Santa Maria Novella train station (9 min). If you arrive by bus at the Villa Costanza stop, simply take the Tram to the Alamanni-Santa Maria Novella stop, get off, and take the T2 line to the Buonsignori-Liceo da Vinci stop, which is 200 meters from the apartment. If you are traveling by car, there are paid street parking spaces, but parking on yellow lines is not allowed. The building has an elevator. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoke detectors with alarms are active. However, smoking is allowed outside on the small balcony. Important Note: For bookings of two guests, one of the two bedrooms will remain closed. This helps us optimize the management of the property and ensure top-quality service. If you wish to use both bedrooms, please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare the second bed; an additional fee may apply. In the days prior to your arrival, you will be asked to register the identity documents of all guests as required by Italian law.
