The space This charming single-family home combines modern comfort with traditional charm, ideal for large groups or families seeking comfort and tranquility. Layout and rooms: - Main floor: Large living room of 40 meters, full kitchen with dishwasher, toilet and double room with beds of 0.90 x 2.00 meters. - First floor: Three bedrooms, two of them double with beds of 1.50 x 2.00 meters and 1.35 x 2.00 meters and another double with beds of 0.90 x 2.00 meters. Two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. It also has another additional 0.90 x 1.90 bed which can be located in either of the two double bedrooms. - Lower floor: Large living room with fireplace, TV, pool table, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and dishwasher, and full bathroom. In this warm atmosphere, we can sleep up to 4 adults in two comfortable sofas convertible into double beds of 1.50 x 2.00 meters each. We provide guests with firewood for the fireplace to make the stay as warm as possible on winter days. Guest access It has an individual pool, pergola, barbecue, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, foosball, private parking area and games for the little ones.
