The apartment is in a very peaceful location in contact with nature, but close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city, not to mention that there is a practically exclusive beach in front of the condominium, just a 7-minute walk along a trail. We have access to two swimming pools, one shared with the entire condominium (the round one that appears in the photos) and another for the exclusive use of three apartments (the square one). The famous and bustling First and Second Beaches are about 1.4 km away, ideal for those who like a livelier vibe but want to return to peace and quiet at the end of the day.
