The House with Terrace is a cozy space that offers all the features to host you, your family and friends. The place has three floors and has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, anteroom, space for a home office, a full kitchen and an outdoor terrace with a barbecue grill. Access to the house is through the garage, shared with another guest house and the host's house, but offers complete privacy and independence for the guest. Come and enjoy unique moments. The space FIRST FLOOR On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa and an anteroom with a round table for 4 places and bookshelf. SECOND FLOOR On the second floor are the 3 large bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms and a space for home office. One bedroom is a suite, equipped with a double bed, a single bed, a smart TV, a rack for clothes with hangers and a ceiling fan. The other bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a closet for clothing, smart TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning. And the third bedroom has a single bed, table, chair and ceiling fan. The two bathrooms have a hairdryer. There is also a space for home office in the hallway with a table, a chair and a luminaire (no computer available). THIRD FLOOR AND TERRACE On the third floor is the complete kitchen, with all the utensils needed to make meals and a rectangular table for 4 seats. In addition, the third floor has an outdoor terrace, barbecue, round table for 4 seats, sunshine, two beach chairs and a lounger chair. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace to cool off. ATTENTION!! GARAGE: GARAGE space subject to availability. Please check the availability of the vacancy for the date of your reservation in advance. HOUSE RULES: CLEANING: After using the utensils, keep them clean and dump the trash in the dumpsters. ITEMS: It is forbidden to remove beach chairs or any other items from the residence. ENERGY: When leaving, turn off the lights, air conditioning, fan and other appliances. CHAVES: in case of loss or key break or access control of the house, you will be charged an extra fee. ACCESS: it is EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN to welcome people who are not foreseen in the reservation. SMOKING: NO SMOKING inside the house. SOUND: the use of sound must be done in moderation, and from 10 pm noises are prohibited. CRIB: Crib available upon prior request.
