The space Your 40sqm apartment has a separate entrance, is slightly elevated (private) and there are no shared spaces. The apartment occupies one half of the guesthouse; the other half is currently used for storage. The host family lives in the main house adjacent to the guesthouse on the same property. Guest access You can park your car in the yard directly by the guesthouse. There is enough room for vans and larger cars. If you prefer to park outside on the road, there is always plenty of parking right in front of the property. Other things to note Long term guests welcome: 10% discount if you stay longer than 28 days. 5% discount if you stay longer than 7 days. If you intend to stay longer an even bigger discount can be negotiated once you are here. For stays longer than 2 weeks we provide optional FREE fortnightly/weekly cleans and change of bed linens & towels. If you prefer privacy and would like to clean the flat yourself, you’re welcome to do so. For long term guests we provide a starter pack of essentials and cleaning products (eg. 1 months supply of washing powder, shampoo, toilet paper etc) There are primary school-aged children living on the property and nearby. So you might hear children playing outside at times. The renovation of the exterior of the guesthouse is still a work in progress.
