The space Decorated in a soft neutral and pastel colour palette, all bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully appointed. The kids will love the bedroom with bunk bed & trundle, complete with cute reading nook, play kitchen and lots of toys! Outside, they will find a play equipment with slide, a super cool Caravan Cubby House and various games. Baby items such as porta cot, highchair, plastic cups, bowls & plates are all taken care of. The kitchen, stocked with all the essentials, dishwasher, and pod coffee machine. Layout – Spacious open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room with fireplace (firewood provided) and split heating/cooling unit. Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom with Queen bed & additional smart TV . Ensuite bathroom with blissful rain shower. Situated at the front of the house and away from the other bedrooms, perfect if you are 2 couples travelling together. Off the living room but separated by a hallway; Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and ceiling fan Bedroom 3 - Kids bedroom with single Bunk bed and trundle (suitable for children or teens only) Family bathroom with shower and bath between bedroom 2 and 3. Garage - With ping pong table, bar fridge, body boards and beach chairs. Outdoor – Fully Fenced Backyard to keep kids and pets safe. Side deck with BBQ and dining table. Covered alfresco at the back with bar table & hanging chair. Kid's pirate ship playground, Cubby & firepit area. Things to note: Golden Beach is a small Coastal town with a small Foodworks offering a selection of grocery items, alcohol, petrol, baits and takeaway food. People come here for the wildlife and its untouched beauty. The perfect place to recharge and disconnect.
