Easy access going South like Tagaytay or Batangas or going to Metro Manila. To/From airport will roughly take around 1-1.5 hours (28-30 kilometers). - 2-storey unit good for 4-5 persons ONLY - Guests can check themselves in. The unit’s main door uses a smart lock for which the passcode will be provided to guests at least a day before check-in. - 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor complete with beddings/linen. Bedroom 1 (with split-type aircon): Double-sized bed with drawers to store belongings Clothes rack Bedroom 2 (with air cooler; not air-conditioned but provided with air cooler) 1 Single-sized beds in double-deck style Clothes rack Airbed and linen are available for the 5th person. Iron and steamer are provided. - Bathroom on the first floor complete with shower and bidet. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are provided. - Kitchen with all basic necessities for cooking and dining included (stove top, fridge, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware and dinnerware for 5). -Washer is available in the laundry area. - Open dining and living area - ample seating, innovatively designed to fit a small space. —The wall-mounted 32" TV in the living room comes with a digital box installed with cable channels. All free access during your stay. - Wifi with 300mbps available. Please note that the subdivision strictly implements that Streamtech is the only internet provider (no PLDT, Globe or Converge are allowed). Please bear with us if there will be internet problems during your stay as it is out of our control. Guest access Guests can check themselves in.
