We are within a friendly local village, so usual noise and activities are common. 2. The last 20 mins to the property will be on a partially paved/unpaved road. But we guarantee that we will fully assist you until your reach the villa 3. During heavy rain or torrential downpours the road access is quite muddy and slippery so we are asking for your patience and understanding on this matter. 4. Stray dogs and cats maybe lurking within the vicinity of the villas and beachfront. As much as possible don't touch or feed them. We regularly feed them and have alloted budget for their food. 5. Since our area is still considered "wild" insects and reptiles may be visible. Jellyfish season (December, April and May) But may still appear anytime of the year. 6. The listing is not suitable for kids below 7 years old. After a thorough evaluation, there are areas which may cause certain incidents/accidents which may harm them. Stairs, corners, ledges, elevated floors and roofdecks may post safety hazards if unattended. 8. AIR-CONDITIONING USAGE is limited (3 to 4 hrs a day on average - depends on the battery charge).
