Nestled in a residential village in the jungle Casa Kasoy offers privacy and relaxation whilst still being just 8 minutes from Lio airport and beach. The design of this spacious pool villa centers around togetherness both with one another and the beautiful nature surrounding the property. The villa offers a pool, large deck, conversation areas and a spacious living dining area whilst also ensuring private areas are comfortable and stylish… so you relax after a long day of exploring El Nido. The space Casa Kasoy is made up of 2 separate buildings totaling 120sqm, with the tropical oasis of the pool, deck and garden in between. The main villa features 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Double bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom, 1 spacious living dining area with fully equipped kitchen and 2 outdoor porches overlooking the garden and pool. Just a stones throw away on the other side of the pool is the master suite. Featuring a King size bed, a private bathroom with a bath tub big enough for 2 (3 at a squeeze), and its own outdoor kitchenette and dining area. Our location tucked away in the jungle offers peace and quiet and an opportunity to get to know a different side of El Nido. We are not by the main road!! You will need to travel 5 minutes down a jungle road to get to Casa Kasoy. Our road can get muddy in rainy season. Despite our secluded location, we are just 8 minutes from the beautiful Lio Tourism estate beach which has several stores, restaurants, bars and activities while the hustle and bustle of the main town is just 20 minutes away. Our reliable tricycle driver can take you anywhere you’d like to go in El Nido for a reasonable rate, we can also arrange motorbike, scooter, van or car hire for you if you’d prefer. As well as Airport/van terminal pick up and drop off. This is not a party house. Parties are not permitted in the villa. It is not allowed to have additional (unregistered) guests at night time. This is because the villa is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask guests to be respectful of this. We also run on solar power and try to be conscious of wasting energy. Air cons must be switched off when leaving the villa for long periods. We have an outdoor shower, hammock, outdoor couch and eating area and several lounge chairs for ultimate relaxation and fun around the pool. We tried to think of everything to make your stay fun and comfortable. We have a back up generator so even during the frequent short power outages here in El Nido, we have you covered. It may take a minute or 2 for us to switch over the power in this event, but it will come back. Please note it is not possible to use the air cons and the kitchen equipment at the same time during a power outage. If you want to cook during power outage just turn off the air cons for a little while :). Our Starlink WiFi has very strong connection everywhere on the property with 3 separate routers. The only time Starlink can become a little slow is when there is a big storm with heavy rains. You will find board games, books, even pool toys and children’s toys that you are free to enjoy whilst at the Villa. Since this is really a tropical country you will find in any establishment the occasional tiny friendly guest, for example small lizards. We provide bathroom towels, please bring your own pool and beach towels. We do have a few neighbors who we love dearly (our own house is also just next door!) everyone is very respectful and does keep noises down especially at night, however it’s not uncommon in any Filipino neighborhood, no matter how small, to hear children outside playing, and very occasionally some karaoke at night (birthday parties or holidays). Casa Kasoy sleeps 7 adults comfortably in the bedrooms. We also have a large sofa that can sleep 1 extra person for an additional cost. HOWEVER any extra adults MUST be communicated to us first. Children (7 and under) who can fit comfortably in existing beds can stay free of charge but we must be made aware of this before arrival. Any additional guests not communicated to us prior to arrival will be charged penalty of php2000 per night per person. Guest access To get to Casa Kasoy you need to pass through a short jungle road, this is accessible via motorbike, car truck, the road is plenty wide enough and very beautiful but can get muddy after heavy rains. We have a dedicated tricycle driver who can take you anywhere you need to go at reasonable rate. We can also arrange scooter/motorbike/car hire for you if you prefer to make your own way around. We prefer to discuss these details ahead of your arrival to make sure everything is just right when you arrive, so let’s chat! Everything in the property is especially for you and you only! The only other people who will enter the property is your host upon arrival (or on invitation if you may need help with anything, or in case of emergency), along with 1 of our dedicated staff who will clean the pool each morning and also turn on and off the pool lights in the evening, to ensure your swimming experience is clean and safe for you.
