The space his attached industrial-style loft is a spacious garage converted into a 2-bedroom apartment, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a workspace, and a large living/dining area that can be fully integrated with the patio, garden, and forest. To reach the master bedroom and the single bedroom/office, you have to go up a small spiral staircase. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed and split air conditioning. The individual/office bedroom has a Twin bed and a portable air conditioner, alongside a large work desk with views of the living room and patio, and a sofa that can convert into a bed. The internet is fiber optic, ideal for remote work. The house is very cool, with large gates, sliding doors, and ceiling fans. Parking is outside the house.
