This is an additional cost that you will pay directly each week. The cost is $150-$200 weekly depending on the number of guests/bedrooms being used. Cleaning is not required during the last week of your stay. This is covered by the cleaning fee paid through Airbnb. Propane for the pool heater is NOT included in the price. Readings will be taken before and after your stay and guests will be billed from their deposit at market rates. See house rules for details.
