The first room has a king size bed, handmade copper bathtub only decoration (does not work) bathroom, dressing room, office. The other is equipped with a queen size bed, desk and bathroom. It has a living room, kitchen, the dining room is a terrace with incredible ocean views, a beautiful pool and unparalleled architecture, surrounded by vegetation. Enjoy peace, tranquility and privacy. The space The house is amazing for relaxing because it has a very cozy and original style, from the floor that is textured rubber and simulates being on sand, you can enjoy your breakfast in a dining room outside with ocean views, cool off in the pool or take a nap in the hammock with sea breeze, if you wish to sunbathe you can go up to the viewpoint that has a panoramic view of the ocean or if necessary see a great sunrise or sunset (the best) and at night enjoy going to sleep with the sound of wildlife. The rooms and much of the house were decorated by a plastic artist who creates harmony with its natural surroundings, both inside and outside. It also has purified water in the bathroom and kitchen, because the house was designed to be sustainable, it works on solar energy as well as wind. And it is located within a 1200m2 plot, with large garden areas and patios. Guest access Two bedrooms with bed and private bathroom; it has a living room, terrace, and private kitchen. Pool, patios and surroundings are shared with other guests. And a viewpoint with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean (sea) Other things to note The laundry service, if required, will be charged separately according to your needs. There is also a grill in the pool area, the use of which is extra ($300 pesos) We have 3 beautiful and quiet cats, they live in the garden. The house is perfect for working remotely (we have Starlink). We have 4 security cameras (which are outside the house) on the property (1200 m2). One of them shows the entrances to the property, part of the street and the bars. Another one is above the patio at the top and you can see part of the entrance, street and part of the garden in front. The third is located on one side of the house and the view is towards that patio and the fourth camera is located at the back of the property looking towards the back land. They are visible and only for the security of the house and the guests.
