This two story villa is perched atop the beautiful mountains of Samara. Nestled in the jungle, bellow the village of Santo Domingo. The space Open and breezy; attention to detail shines from every facet. This beautiful impeccable two story Costa Rican villa consists of two bedrooms on the lower floor both with on suite bathrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and bedroom two has two twin size beds. The main floor of the villa consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, living area and a spacious outdoor living space furnished with locally crafted furniture for you to enjoy. The two bedrooms accommodate four persons but we have a twin size day bed in the living room that can accommodate a fifth guest. All rooms are equipped with fans and air conditioning units. Access to air conditioning will be provided at an additional cost of $30 USD per night. A private, beautiful, gated long driveway leads you to the villa where you will have your own private parking space. You will also have access to a beautiful outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi for a relaxing time at home. Please note we provide Bath towels based on the number of guests. For those staying less than one week we will provide toiletry for their entire stay. For those staying more than one week we provide a only a starter kit, to 2 days worth of toiletry. Guest access This private villa is one of the two villas on this gorgeous five acre mountain top property. The villa will be yours and yours alone to enjoy during your stay. No one but you will have access to it. The property has a private gated driveway. You will receive a key upon arrival and many, many Smiles :) We the owners live on the property adjacent to this villa/property. When we are here and at home we always greet guests in person and are accessible by phone, text or email should guests need anything. When we are traveling we have a property manager and staff that would assist guests. There is a private Jacuzzi and an outdoor shower for guests to use and enjoy during their stay. A/C is available at an additional $30 USD per night. This house is very cool and breezy. For most of the year. AC is not needed but Should you decide to use the A/C units please let us know in advance and we will adjust the price accordingly and provide you with the remote control so you can activate the units. Please note that the villa and all facilities are for the immediate guests use only and no outside visitors are allowed on the property. To make it affordable for smaller groups we have based our prices on the number of occupants. The person making the reservation must provide the correct number of guests. We must be informed should the number of guests increase at a later time. Other things to note A/C is available at an additional $30 per night. Should you decide to use the A/C units please let us know in advance and we will adjust the price accordingly and provide you with the remote control to be able to activate the units. The higher the number of occupants the higher the cost of operation for us. Guests must provide the correct number of occupants. We have a twin day bed in the living room for a fifth person in the group. There is a half bathroom on the main floor. We do not provide hammocks. The check in window is between 4 PM to7 PM. We do not allow check in at a later time unless it is arranged with us in advance. We require to be present for the guests arrival to meet the guests in Person and to check them in. Check out is before 10 am. We are situated between conservation lands. No catching, hunting, feeding or killing of any kind of wild life is permitted. We do recommend a car or some type of motorized vehicle for your stay here as the road to the house is sloped. Guests are responsible for removing their own trash. The ecosystem in Costa Rica is very active. All doors and windows of the house have screens. We do frequent cleaning and fumigating however insects may still get in. This is just how it is here in Costa Rica. If you have fear of insects you may want to consider visiting other places rather than Costa Rica.
