Quiet, spacious and comfortable! Well lit and ventilated, with all the convenience of a residence. Wifi, Smart TV, delicious Emma mattress, new pillows. Only an 11-minute walk to the beach or a 3-minute drive (800 meters). 3Km from downtown (Pitangueiras). Building with garage, automatic gate and close to several services: Oxxo shop 24h a block, market at 400m, ice cream shop, cafeteria, restaurant etc. The space The apartment belongs to my mom and stepfather, wonderful people you'll love to meet! They will usually be the ones to welcome you. We make available for your use during your stay: a cooler, a sunshade and two beach chairs. It has a very spacious room with a standard double bed and a bunk bed. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedroom. We provide a set of sheets for each bed during your stay: a fitted sheet, a top sheet and pillowcases. We do NOT have blankets and covers. The bathroom has a glass shower and we provide a face towel. We do NOT have bath towels. Bring towels. Visitors are not allowed. Guest access Use of the demarcated garage, shower and foot-washer. Other things to note Remember to bring towels and a blanket/comforter/sheet. Visitors are not allowed. Cigarettes, etc., are not allowed, even on the balcony.
