A short drive to Tahoe City and Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw and Alpine), our cabin is located in one of the most desirable and exclusive locations in Lake Tahoe. There are three bedrooms and one loft (Airbnb does not have a loft category). If something like a paddle, life vest, beach chair, or key goes missing, there will be an extra charge of $60 USD per item. If you think you might want to cancel because of smoky air conditions, COVID and winter storm conditions, or any other reason, we highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. *** The villa does NOT have A/C. There are large ceiling fans in most rooms. We DO NOT allow parties or weddings. ***There are bears in the area. Please ensure all cabin doors and windows are locked at night or when unattended during the day. Please remove all food from vehicles and lock car doors.
