The largest bathroom contains laundry room with washer/dryer. Downstairs is the den, full bathroom, living-room, dining-room and a goumet kitchen newley remodeled. The outdoor patio off the dining room has a full BBQ and fireplace with two patio table and chairs for entertaining. The owner of this home is a local artist. The home is charming, eclectic and comfortable with beautiful Indian and Persian rugs, hardwood floors, and artwork everywhere. 42' flat-screen TV with every program you will ever need plus VHS. There is also a flat screen in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Free wifi throughout the house This home is spacious! Over 2600 square feet of living space. By the month only, no nightly or weekly rentals. This is a beautiful home. We rent our home below the market value because we want only people who will value it's uniqueness and take care of it for us when we are off traveling. There is a full cottage in the back with a queen bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom and living area with TV and interent for an additional $3000 a month. It has it's own private parking.
