This cosy one bedroom, ground floor apartment is situated in the quiet, safe, residential area of Maynards. The apartment is modern, fresh and clean. The bedroom has the benefit of air conditioning and king size bed that can be made up as 2 single beds if preferred. The open plan living space has everything you need to feel at home with a cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, it is well equipped for making any meal. All linens and towels are provided including beach towels. Guests will have full use of the pool during daylight hours. Television and Wi-Fi are provided. Guests are welcome to come upstairs and make use of the pool and sun loungers. The Pool area is shared with the main house which is occupied by the owners. The owners, originally from the UK, live and work in Barbados and have 3 children at school and live onsite in adjoining property. Airport pick ups and drop offs are available on request. We are also able to show you the Caribbean life and culture with an island tour. If I am unavailable myself then I can recommend someone else to do so. Car hire, boat trips, water sports and other activities can be booked through myself. I'm easily contactable at any time. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and being up high it offers a cool evening breeze. The appartment is walking distance from gas station, approximately 10 mins walk, where you can purchase essentials. The historic Speightstown is the nearest town just 5 minute drive away an offers restaurants, supermarkets and plenty of culture and of course beautiful beaches. There are plenty of buses that run out of Speightstown. There is a bus stop that will carry you to speightstown, approximately 10-15 mins walk. please feel free to contact me
