This Oasis is in a great location in Makati and does it's title full justice; you have a high floor view of green spaces which are right outside the front door. The space We have ventured out of the building where most of our places are and went to the other side of Greenbelt, and found a lovely Studio suite and then invested a lot of time and love to create a well designed space. The building's entrance right across two of Makati's green Parks, and you will find a modern and clean lobby staffed by welcoming building staff. 20+ floors up in the elevator and you know this will have a great view. When you open the door and head inside, you will notice the clever design which separates entrance, kitchen and the very spacious and bright living / sleeping space. Then you see the large floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the Parks and the skyline of Makati. I have focused on creating a place in which you will feel instantly at home – whether for a single night stay or for several weeks; Day or night, the sights of the city are yours. Or lower the blinds for complete privacy, relax in the comfortable sofa, watch your favorite movie or series on Netflix, or get some work done with the fast Wifi. The dining table is large enough to double as a work and meeting desk. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, a fridge/freezer, french press coffee, a microwave, a kettle, a rice cooker and cooking utensils, to cater for any meal you’d like to prepare yourself. The bathroom is in top condition and in a modern and clean design, and has a rain shower with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Also inside the bathroom is your own washer/dryer. And at the end of the day, enjoy the spacious and cozy King-size bed (likely the only unit with King size). We have top quality linens and LOTS of pillows to help you have a refreshing nights rest - enjoying that same awesome view. In addition to the King bed, the sofa converts to a queen size bed which sleeps another two people in comfort. The 55" smart TV has Netflix with subscription installed and you can access any of your own subscriptions to other streaming services. Guest access You have the entire apartment as your private space. The 7th floor swimming pool of the building is available free of charge. The gym is also free to use with notifying the front desk of the building. I have own parking available in another building, about 10 min walk away, for a fee (on a first come first served basis with my other places), please ask if you need it. Street parking is an option, but a little walk away. There is a multi story parking garage next to the Legazpi Active Park, but it is pricey for overnight parking. The Studio sleeps 4 people, and has enough space to invite a guest or two during the day. ** Note: You must book for more than 2 people to use the sofa bed – if only booked for two, we will not provide linens, pillows and comforters for the extra bed. If you need one, please ask (early) as it is on a first-come basis shared among all my listings. It is a co-sleeper suitable for 10 months / 10 kg. For all confirmed guests I offer an airport transport service for a very competitive price. This would take all your concerns away especially when arriving late at night or early morning – you are guaranteed to have a safe and reliable transport waiting for you. This is my own service in cars I own – not an outsourced third party referral. You will get information on this after you book. This listing is marked with "Smoking permitted". Please note this only applies to smoking on the balcony, with the balcony door closed. We are giving this privilege to those guests who want to smoke, but we want to keep the interior of the unit smoke-free for everyone to enjoy.
