If you’re with others, ensure you arrive together or ahead of them, as only you can provide access. Entry cards are strictly non-transferable—violations will result in a ₱5,000 penalty imposed by management. ‣ Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorized use of the access card will incur a fine. We will request a violation fee via Airbnb Resolution. ‣ Strict Security: Please be aware that security can track card usage, especially in elevators and while accessing amenities, as they enforce strict entry protocols. ‣ Please note that our property is located in a tropical environment where pests, like cockroaches, can occasionally appear despite our monthly professional pest control services. Check-in/out Process: This is a self-check-in process. Follow the instructions provided before check-in and checkout. Please wait for the cleaner to ensure no violations or assist you if there are any. 2. Early Check-in: Requests for early check-in are subject to availability and incur a fee of ₱100 per hour. To ensure availability, consider booking the day before your preferred date. 3. Late Checkout: Requests for late checkout are subject to availability and incur a fee of ₱200 per hour. If you stay until 1 PM, it will be considered an additional night. 4. Condo Amenities: The pool and gym are open from Tuesday to Sunday, 7 AM to 9 PM, located on the 3rd floor. Please note that gym and pool are closed every Monday for maintenance. 5. Visitors: Visitors are allowed, just make sure they have their Valid ID with them as they need to surrender it to the front desk. If they stayed overnight, your visitor will be charged as an extra person of the unit. 6. Children: Children under 3 feet tall stay free of charge. 7. Clean As You Go: Please wash your used dishes. Failure to do so may result in a ₱200 charge for additional cleaning time. 8. Number of Guests: Always declare the number of people staying. MAX OF 3 PERSONS ONLY 9. Toiletries: We provide two of each item: bath towels, face towels, tissues, shampoo & conditioner, and soap. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. Additional fees apply for requests such as extra towels, linen changes, or additional cleaning. Our rates are based on providing quality essentials while keeping our pricing fair. Footwear Policy: No slippers, shoes, sandals, or any footwear are allowed inside the unit. 12. Valid ID: A photo of your valid ID for all guests staying is required. Only the main booker will receive the access card. 13. Access Card: Only the main booker will be given the primary card for elevator, pool, playground, gym, and roof deck access. Losing this card will incur a violation fee. This must also returned to us upon checkout. 14. Parking: No parking is available at the property. Please park at Century City Mall, just a short walk from the condominium. 15. Same-Day Booking: For same-day bookings, please allow 1-2 hours for processing and to check if the unit is ready for check-in. 16. Location & Accessibility: Located in the heart of Makati, close to coffee shops, malls, nightclubs, and restaurants. 17. Security Deposit: We do not collect a security deposit for stays of less than a month. We take a video of the unit before check-in as proof of its condition. Any damages or complaints will be reported to Airbnb, with additional charges collected accordingly. 18. Monthly Stay: For stays of 1 month or longer, utilities are capped (water at ₱250 and electricity at ₱2,000 per month). Wi-Fi is included in the monthly rate. Exceeding these caps will incur additional charges, billed through Airbnb. A ₱20,000 security deposit will be collected, refunded via Airbnb if no damages or excess utility usage occur, and a lease agreement will need to be signed.
