Welcome to our funky 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat! Bursting with bold colors and quirky decor, every corner has a surprise to discover. The bathrooms and kitchen are brand-new, just remodeled this year. The house is on a quiet street, but it's just a short stroll to downtown Sanford, so you'll be close to unique shops, restaurants, breweries, and the beautiful waterfront. Perfect for groups seeking a fun, vibrant space to relax and explore all that Sanford has to offer! The space This single-story home is perfect for families, groups, or anyone seeking a fun and unique stay. Enter into the open living/dining area, which flows seamlessly into a modern kitchen with all-new appliances. To your right is the main bedroom, complete with a king bed, twin bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a shower (no tub). On the other side of the house, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: one with a king bed and two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. These three bedrooms each have a TV. These rooms share a full bathroom with a shower. The living room leads to the billiard room, filled with books and board games—ideal for game nights. Here, you’ll also find a third full bathroom featuring a luxuriously large bathtub. Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The patio includes a dining table, making it a great spot for meals or evening drinks under the stars. Beyond the backyard fence, there’s a garage with space for one car, and additional cars can park in the driveway behind the fence. Located just a short walk from downtown Sanford, you’re minutes away from charming shops, delicious restaurants, popular breweries, and the waterfront. This home’s vibrant decor and unique details make it a memorable space for your stay in Sanford! Guest access The entire home and property are all yours except one locked closet. Other things to note - We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know! - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance. - If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that. If you have any questions, we're happy to help!
