Built in the 1920s, the Sanctuary Farm House is a gorgeous five-bedroom lodge with sweeping views of Lake Naivasha and the private wildlife conservancy at Sanctuary Farm. Designed for families and groups, it combines rustic charm with space to gather. A large kitchen, dining area, and lounge open onto a verandah perfect for sunsets, while wildlife grazes nearby. The property offers comfort and connection to nature in a unique conservancy setting. The space 5 bedrooms, sleeping 8–10 guests 3 bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen and dining room with fireplace Spacious lounge and dining table opening to verandah Outdoor seating with wildlife and lake views Guest access Guests enjoy full access to: 🏠 The entire Mabati House 🦓 The 450-acre private wildlife conservancy (daytime only; no walking at night due to hippos) 🚤 Lake Naivasha’s shoreline, just a 5-minute walk away with boat rides available Other things to note As Sanctuary Farm is a private wildlife conservancy, a conservation fee of KES 1,000 per adult and 500 per child (free under 5) is charged upon arrival. This one-time fee supports our conservation efforts. Please note that this is a family-run farm, not a hotel; we ask you to treat the house and grounds with respect. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks available at on-site restaurant, Kijiko. Night guard closes the hippo gate at 6:45 pm, so please notify host for late returns.
