It has 5 en-suites with a privileged view of the sea. Sleeps up to 10 people. Ventilated house with a well-equipped kitchen integrated into the living room and balcony. Outdoor area with a large covered balcony with a dining table, a games table and a sofa. It has a beach tennis/volleyball and footvolley court. Guest access Cars without 4x4 traction can be left on the (paved) seaside street less than 50 meters from the house. 4x4 cars have access and parking at the house. Other things to note - The house has a solar-heated water system. - Events are only allowed by prior agreement on price and conditions established between the parties. - The price includes the stay of up to 10 people. The additional cost is R$150 per person per day. - SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE.
