Welcome to Casa Pura Vida in the upper Valle Gran Rey in La Vizcaina. The cosy and tastefully designed Canarian farmhouse offers space for up to 4 people. Situated in an enchanted, unspoilt corner of the valley, it is a retreat for rest and relaxation. The space The recently renovated natural stone house has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m), a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (1.60 m wide), a separate kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace in the garden and a roof terrace. There are also several seating areas where you can retreat. 
The large trees next to the house and the small tropical garden with birdsong make Casa Pura Vida an enchanting place with a very special atmosphere. Ideally situated between the mountains and the sea, it is interesting for beach lovers as well as hikers. The house: The recently completely renovated house, some of which is over a hundred years old, combines traditional charm with modern comfort. When designing and furnishing the rooms, emphasis was placed on the use of natural materials. The bedroom and living room are located in the old part of the house, in the traditional natural stone construction. Both rooms are connected by a lockable door. The patio leads to the bathroom and kitchen in the newer part of the house. All rooms also have direct access to the garden terrace. In the living room we find a television with satellite reception. A good internet connection is also available, with Wi-Fi and connections in all rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dining area, a sofa and a small covered terrace. The bathroom has a shower. A washing machine is also available. The terrace in front of the house is nestled in the small tropical garden with avocado, orange, lemon, banana and papaya trees. A roof terrace with sun loungers invites you to relax. Location: The house is located in the village of La Vizcaina in the upper Valle Gran Rey, away from the road, at the junction of three paths. All three paths lead to the road, so there are several entrances to the house. Casa Pura Vida is an easy 100 metre walk from the road. Hikes can be undertaken directly from the house into the mountains of Gomera or through the beautiful Valle Gran Rey. The sea and beach are about 10 minutes away by car. There you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars. A typical Canarian mountain restaurant, the Bodegón La Vizcaina bar, is 5 minutes away on foot. Other things to note For registration with the local authorities, we require some personal details of all guests after booking. Unfortunately, this is mandatory here on Gomera. We will ask you for your first and last name, date and place of birth, nationality, gender, type of ID, ID number and place of issue.
