Las Rocas. Troglodyte House

From the Rock, a nugget came out. Located on the side of the road between Panajachel (4.5 km) and Santa Catarina (2 km), the house has 2 levels and a private parking lot, not fenced, but with a guard. Magnificent lake view from the bedroom and kitchen/dining room. Long balcony to enjoy the skies over the lake. The beach is a 15-minute walk from the house. We do comprehensive FUMIGATION of the house and garden every 4 weeks with a team of professionals to avoid inconveniences. The space The house has 2 levels with an interior staircase. There is a private, unenclosed parking lot for one car, but with a guard. Other things to note The place is very nice, cozy with good service and views. However, it should be noted that it can be NOISY due to traffic and barking dogs during the day. On the other hand, we have a service of FUMIGATION professionals, exterior and interior, every 4 weeks, to avoid problems with insects or rodents. Few places do this, but it's a priority for us. Several guests mentioned this serenity and peace.
