The space Welcome to your home on Koh Phangan! Here, you’ll find a cozy retreat that’s perfect for relaxation, inspiration, and a touch of adventure. I’ve designed this space to provide everything you need to feel at ease—a blend of style, comfort, and tropical charm. In the evening, the house transforms into a special haven with its atmospheric lighting, creating a magical ambiance that makes your stay truly unique. Living Area: Make yourself comfortable in the cozy living area! The plush couch is perfect for relaxing, and a large mirror enhances the spacious feel of the room. You’ll also find a yoga mat available for a quick stretch or a peaceful yoga session. With the Smart TV and Netflix, you can unwind in the evenings, while the large windows let in plenty of natural light during the day. The warm and inviting design ensures you’ll feel right at home. Bedroom: The bedroom is a little paradise for restful nights. The king-size mattress is incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains let you sleep in as long as you’d like. Thoughtful details create a serene atmosphere to help you feel completely relaxed. Kitchen: Whether you love blending smoothies in the morning or cooking a delicious meal in the evening, the fully equipped kitchen has you covered. It includes a refrigerator, electric stove, blender, toaster, pots, pans, coffee maker, and more. It’s perfect for unleashing your culinary creativity or enjoying a leisurely breakfast. Balcony: The balcony is one of my favorite spots. The hammock invites you to relax, while the lush greenery and palm trees provide a peaceful view. Whether you’re reading a book, meditating, or simply letting your mind wander, this is your perfect place to unwind. Workspace: For those combining work and travel, I’ve set up a comfortable workspace with an ergonomic chair. The view of the palm trees and the fast Wi-Fi make working here an absolute pleasure. Bathroom: The bathroom is modern and designed for comfort. The rain shower offers a refreshing start to the day or a relaxing end after a full day of exploring. The soft lighting creates a soothing ambiance, and like the rest of the space, it’s impeccably clean. You’ll feel right at home. Surroundings: Nights are blissfully quiet with no motorbike noise—a rarity on the island! At the same time, you’re just 5 minutes from the beach, fantastic restaurants, and a gym. Guest access As our guest, you’ll have the entire property all to yourself! Enjoy the cozy bedroom, a relaxing living room, a spacious balcony with a comfortable hammock, a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces with palm trees and coconuts - all designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Other things to note The accommodation is accessed via a small dirt path – ideal for scooter riders. If you’re not confident, you can simply park your motorcycle at Genesis and walk 5 minutes to the house. **There’s construction happening next door during the day (roughly 9am–5pm), and it can get noisy at times.** That said — if you’re like most of our guests and spend your days out exploring waterfalls, beaches, and the island’s magic, you’ll likely miss the worst of it. Come sunset, the area becomes beautifully quiet, and you’ll return to a peaceful, soulful home with no close neighbors — perfect for unwinding under the stars.
