Your Home @ Vatican's doors is a cozy apartment within walking distance of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's. Its strategic location combines the advantages of a quiet residential area with the convenience of numerous services – including a 24-hour supermarket and several shops and restaurants – with the ease of reaching Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna and the entire historic center with only 3 stops from the "Cipro" metro station, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The space The apartment of almost 100 square meters consists of 3 double bedrooms all with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room with sofa bed and a space for the equipped kitchen. A few meters away you will find the large Mercato Trionfale, a reference point for food and wine lovers; Via Cola di Rienzo famous for shopping; the Aura Shopping Center, one metro stop away, with numerous shops and restaurants, where there is also the Rome-Viterbo railway line that leads to the Gemelli Polyclinic. Termini Station and Fiumicino Airport, connected by a direct train, are easily accessible with a few stops on the "A" metro. In the immediate vicinity there is also a Carrefour supermarket that is always open, pharmacies and all the services you need. In the house, all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay will be at your disposal. You will find 3 spacious rooms to welcome you: one with 1 double bed (160x200) and bathroom in the room, one with a double bed (160x200) and one with a French double bed (140x200). Each room is equipped with fresh linen (sheets and towel sets) and has air conditioning, wi-fi and TV with a desk corner for reading or working. In addition to the two bathrooms, there is a hairdryer and a welcome toilet kit with liquid soap and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, kettle with tea and herbal teas, coffee machine with pods. In the living room, a comfortable sofa (if necessary convertible into a bed) to welcome you back and a Smart TV with the main platforms (Netflix, Disney channel, Prime). Outside overlooking the inner courtyard, a perimeter balcony with easy access from the rooms where the washing machine is located. Other things to note The sofa bed is prepared for bookings of at least 7 guests. However, guests/groups of fewer than 7 who wish to do so can request it at the time of booking, at a cost of €25. The apartment is located in a condominium: it is important to respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and in the afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. During these time slots, you are therefore asked to pay attention to the noise of trolleys and luggage or caused by the soles and heels of shoes for the quiet of the neighbors on the floor below.
