This rock guest house is built atop a huge boulder. A bridge spans a natural ravine connecting it to the Main House. The guest house has a private deck overlooking the river. There are always birds flying above the river, eagles, geese, pelicans, and of course, the house's namesake: vultures! The sunsets are stunning and its the perfect place for star gazing. ACCESS: To access the Guest House, you must walk through the main house and cross a bridge. LOFT: The full-sized bed is located in a loft space that is accessed by climbing a ladder - so guests need to be nimble. KITCHEN: There is a small kitchen with a refigerator, toaster over, and coffee maker, but is not set up for cooking meals (beyond what you can do with a toaster oven). WIFI: The WiFi in the guest house is spotty due to the cliffside location. If you need to be on line, this space may not be the place for you. BALCONY: We make every effort to give our guests complete privacy when they are "in residence." When guests are not at the guest house, the bridge and balcony are considered to be communal space and may be accessed by the home owners at their discretion. You will be able to access the entire guest house. If I'm not available another family member will help out. Beautiful neighborhood in quiet residential cul-de-sac. There's no public transporation nearby, but parking is provided.
