Feel free to use them during your stay. * Water purifier : We installed a Kent water purifier to ensure safe and clean drinking water for our guests. * Internet : Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The network name and password are provided in the house. * Entertainment : OTT (YouTube, Prime video, Jio cinema, Hotstar) streaming services available on the android TV. * Parking : Ample private parking space for your vehicles. * CCTV surveillance * Power back up : In case of power cut, we have an inverter backup that can power 4 fans and lights for up to 4 hours. If you require a rented generator, it can be arranged for an extra charge. * Iron Box if Required will be provided. Out of 6 Rooms you will get 1 Room. Room is private and other spaces are shared Other things to note • Illegal activity will not be tolerated. • Government approved IDs of members staying would be required upon arrival. The same can be shared with the host digitally too. • On daily basis Housekeeping provided between 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Dishes to be washed by guests. • Strictly No smoking inside the house. If Violates a fine of 2000INR/day will be imposed on Guest Early check In/ Late Checkout will impose fine of 500INR • No events, parties, and no additional members allowed without taking permission. No loud music, decorations not allowed too. • UPS Inverter power backup of 4 hrs is available in case of a power cut in the area. It powers the lights, fans and internet only, and does not power the kitchen, AC or Mixy. • Please Switch of the Lights and fans whenever not required. • While Checkout please handover the room keys or else you would be charged and throw all the garbage’s to dustbin.
