Welcome to my space! Please read to the end! I turned this huge apartment (220m2) into a kind of mini inn. There are 3 private en-suites with ocean views that I rent individually. All are super clean, sweet-smelling and carefully maintained. We are in the most central part of BC. Boardwalk, shopping mall and 24-hour market downstairs. English/Español LGBTQIA+ Friendly The space The keys and garage control will be at the building's front desk (24 hours). Simply identify yourself to receive them. - You are booking a private suite and the rest of the apartment is shared. - The building has a 24-hour doorman. - There is a 24-hour market 50 meters from the building. - Municipal Guard Station 50 meters away. - I offer a private parking space that can be in the building itself or 200 meters from the property. It depends on the vehicle and demand. - Full kitchen. - Suite with ocean view with key, electric shower, air-conditioning (hot and cold). - Fiber optic Wi-Fi Guest access - You will have unrestricted access to the kitchen, laundry room, terrace, balcony and living room. - 24-hour doorman - Free washer and dryer During your stay I'll always be available by phone or when I'm home.
