My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The space Chácara Santa Inês has an area of 24,000 meters. Divided into two parts, and it is at the bottom where the house is located. The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor: living room (sofa for 5 people, with TV), dinner (table for 6 people), kitchen (table for 4 people ), this being 3 integrated environments, 2 bedrooms (accommodation for 4 people in each), 2 bathrooms ( male and female with electric shower), extensive balcony around 2 sides of the house, with gourmet area ( barbecue, oven for pizza, sink). At the top: living room with pool table, sofa for 5 people, toilet ( sink and toilet, no shower ), 3 bedrooms ( accommodation for 4, 5 and 7 people, respectively). Outside we have a swimming pool ( with 2 levels of depth ) , 2 external toilets ( male and female ). External shower. (code 8) Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire space of the house and the outdoor area of the farm. The use of the lake is prohibited. It has no WIFI but the internet signal is good. Other things to note In all beds we have mattresses and pillows. Bed and bath linens are provided. Television has only open signal, with limitation in its programming.
