Please check below for the updated parking rates at SM Light Mall: Php 50 for first two hours (both car & motorcycles) Add Php 30 per succeeding hour Other fees: Php 300 overnight parking after 1:30 AM plus parking fee Php 200 lost or damaged ticket plus parking fee LIGHT RESIDENCES SWIMMING POOL GUIDELINES: Pool use requires a FEE. Pool rate: Php 150/person for regular days and Php 300/person for holidays The pool area is open from 6AM to 10PM daily but closed on Mondays for maintenance. Only 2 persons at a time for Studio units may use the pool. Passes are non-transferrable. Wear proper swimming attire. POOL VOUCHER PROCUREMENT: Guests are to procure the pool vouchers directly at the Light Admin Office upon their arrival. Other things to note IMPORTANT REMINDERS: 1. Firm Cancellation and Modification Policy: -Be aware that we uphold a firm cancellation and modification policy. 2. No Modifications to Registered Guest Names: -The list of registered names cannot be modified on or after the check-in date, except for correcting misspellings. -Booking dates cannot be changed or adjusted once confirmed. 3. Pre-Arrival Registration Requirements: -To facilitate building registration and guest entry permits, please provide the following at least three (3) days before your arrival (ideally, right after booking): -->List of guest names Photo of a valid government-issued ID for each guest -->Contact number of the main guest (booker) -->Email address of the main guest (booker) -You can submit these requirements here in our Airbnb chat. 4.
