Late checkout will have additional fees. Other things to note: - Kindly send a copy of staying guests ID (government issued ID) for the authorization letter. - Towels and linens will be set up according to declared number of guests (with additional charge for extra guests) -Pets are not allowed -• No Smoking policy is observed inside the unit and all common areas. Fire Alarm is sensitive and can detect all smoke coming from the unit. It will incure penalty of P5000.
