This private villa wraps you in a lovely and peaceful environment with majestic mountains all around. The house is fully equipped for your convenience. It is ideal for couples in need of a nice getaway or just reconnect with yourself and nature. It is on a gorgeous tropical private 3 acre estate with private pool. Located in Villalba PR just 50 min. from Ponce PSE, 1:50 from San Juan SJU. The space Our cozy villa can accommodate up to two guests. It has a livingroom, small kitchen, spacious bedroom with king bed and very large and comfortable bathroom with shower and tub with spectacular views. The outdoor is very spacious with many chairs and tables to choose from and eat with a beautiful view. The infinity pool is up to 4 feet. You can walk around the almost three acres with comfortable closed shoes. We have solar panels in the property. In case of a power outage we will contact you to ask to turn on only the necessary lights so the Tesla battery lasts all night if it’s a little cloudy. We have not had problems with our water supply at the moment. We recommend you buy groceries before your arrival. There is a small supermarket 5 minutes away and 15 minutes away a bigger one in town. Guest access Guest may access every part of the 3 acres being careful with any animals you may encounter (lizard, Iguanas, ants, small garden snakes, frogs) The pool is not in front up the house. You have to go up (a bit steep) hill. The entrance gate is manual with wheels. Other things to note Food or drinks not included. If you wish to decorate with something special (balloons etc) please let us know in advance so we can help you contacting local vendors. We do not have available at the property washer and dryer. There is a small laundry in town that opens some days a week. We can give you their contact if you need it.
