Located in a private gated community, this remodeled 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers ~3,600 sq ft of spacious living and is less than 2 miles from Old Town, where you can enjoy trendy shops, dining, and vibrant nightlife. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with 3 being en-suite. The open-concept layout features a gourmet kitchen and living area, plus outdoor dining. Enjoy fun with games like ping pong, giant chess, giant connect four and giant Jenga. The space This beautifully remodeled home boasts a trendy and comfortable design, featuring high-end finishes like extensive marble, Euro-style cabinets, and exposed beams. With tall ceilings and an open floor plan centered around a stunning three-sided fireplace, you'll immediately feel the spaciousness that guests rave about. Downstairs, unwind in the expansive family room, complete with a large TV and a luxurious leather sofa with electronically reclining seats. The dining room comfortably accommodates eight, while the kitchen island nearby seats four. The well-equipped kitchen includes an air fryer, blender, Brita water pitcher, and a coffee bar with a Keurig and a selection of coffee pods and sweeteners (a drip coffee maker is also available—just bring your own coffee!). You'll also find a refrigerator/freezer and a walk-in pantry for all your culinary needs. For some indoor fun, challenge your friends to a game of ping pong in the downstairs flex room, which also features a convenient powder room. The spacious bedrooms include three with king beds and one with two queen beds. Three bedrooms have attached bathrooms, while the fourth has a bathroom just steps away in the hallway. The primary bedroom is downstairs with the other three bedrooms upstairs. With a total of 4.5 bathrooms and four showers, large groups will have no trouble getting ready for a night out. Each bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer, and every room has its own iron and ironing board. Enjoy your favorite shows on the ROKU-enabled TVs in each bedroom, set to guest mode for your privacy. Step outside to discover a transformed backyard featuring artificial turf and a life-sized chess set, along with giant Jenga and giant Connect Four for added entertainment. Plus, the house is conveniently situated next to a small grassy park. Ample seating is available under the covered patio or the shade of a large ficus tree, perfect for outdoor dining at the table that seats eight, complete with a grill for your culinary adventures. For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, along with a starter supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets. While ride-sharing services like Uber are easily accessible, feel free to bring your car and park in the driveway or the two-car garage. Guest access You will enjoy complete access to the home, with the exception of a few designated areas: the closet under the stairs, the cabinets in the laundry room, and a closet in the upstairs hallway. These spaces are reserved for housekeeping to store essential supplies needed to prepare the home for your arrival and ensure a seamless experience between guests. Other things to note As previously mentioned, this home is situated in a private, upscale neighborhood with a highly desirable location just blocks from Scottsdale Road, the main resort and entertainment corridor. The gated access provides an added layer of security and peace of mind during your stay. Please note that the community is managed by a homeowners association (HOA), and guests are required to adhere to all rules outlined in the House Rules section of this listing (bottom of page). While the spacious home is adjacent to a charming grassy park, the proximity of neighboring houses means that excessive noise can be a concern. This property serves as an excellent home base for exploring all that Scottsdale has to offer, but it may not be suitable for groups looking to host late-night gatherings at the house. The home follows a maintenance schedule that will continue during your stay: The front yard landscaping and the adjacent park are managed by the HOA, which conducts maintenance at random times without a set schedule. Please note that they will not enter the house, garage, or backyard. Monday: Landscapers will access the backyard through the side gate to perform light tree and bush trimming, as well as leaf blowing and landscape cleanup. They typically complete their work in under 30 minutes. For your security, we recommend not leaving valuables in the backyard and bringing in any items you wish to protect from dust. The sliding glass doors leading to the backyard can be locked for added security. Occasionally, due to holidays or other reasons, their schedule may change, and we will do our best to notify you in advance, though we cannot guarantee it. Monday: We hire a service to manage the city-provided large trash bins. These bins are stored in the garage, as required by the HOA. On Mondays, the service will enter the garage unannounced using the garage door keypad to take the black trash bins to the curb. They will not enter the house or backyard. As such, we advise against storing valuables in the garage. A smart lock on the door separating the home from the garage ensures that the home remains secure. Please keep a clear path for the service to be able to get the cans in and out of the garage to and from the curb. Tuesday: The service will return the black trash bins from the curb back into the garage. Wednesday: The service will take the pink recycle bin from the garage to the curb. Thursday: The service will bring the pink recycle bin back from the curb and return it to the garage. Trash service is done based upon the city of Scottsdale's pickup schedule and is subject to change. Holidays may alter the pickup schedule and the service will adjust their schedule accordingly without notification to guests. Thank you for your understanding as we maintain the property!
