The space The indoor living space is 888 sq. ft (82,5 m2), but the expansive glass sliding doors seamlessly merge the indoor and outdoor living spaces. This gives guests an additional 474 sq. ft (44 m2) of effective living space. And why not mix a little business with pleasure? Our spacious dining table doubles as a perfect workspace for those who want to work remotely while enjoying a getaway. Guest access You will have the entire Villa, a completely private pool, laundry room and parking to yourself. There are no shared spaces with the other property. Other things to note As we want to ensure our guests safety and comfort, please also note that due to the design and layout of the space, our rental is not suitable for babies, children or guests requiring wheelchair accessibility. Also note that, per Airbnb policy, the guest making the booking must be one of the guests staying at the property, as third-party bookings are not permitted. The entire property, both indoors and outdoors, is outfitted with the Philips Hue Ambience lighting; this allows guests to set the mood according to their preference. The living room has a 43" smart tv with sound bar. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, combination microwave/oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine (or a drip coffee machine upon request), blender, tosti machine for grilled cheese sandwiches, crockery, glassware, flatware, dinner and cookware. Both bedrooms have a comfortable queen+ size bed (which is considered a European long double bed). On the headboard there are two separate reading lights mounted, with USB connection. The nightstands have built-in electrical sockets, and each room has double closets with clothes hangers, shelves and a drawer for storage. Each ensuite bathroom has a hot/cold water rain shower head & handheld shower head, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a toilet, washbasin, hand soap, makeup/shaving mirror and a BaByliss hairdryer with diffuser. The laundry room is equipped with both a washer and a dryer, a drying rack, an iron and ironing board, a collapsible folding table, laundry basket, laundry detergent and fabric softener. The property is protected by a state of the art Ajax security system, connected to an alarm monitoring and security patrol response service. Response time is 5 minutes. The wrap around terrace with lounge furniture and sun beds, provides ample outdoor seating around the pool area. The hammock provides the perfect lazing area and the back terrace a cozy lounge area. Food & drinks, including floating meals services, are strictly prohibited in the pool. All glass and glassware are also prohibited in the pool and pool area. Special drinkware is provided at the villa for this purpose. The nightly rate includes 25 kWh of electricity. The electrical meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out. Any usage beyond the included amount will be billed at $0.54 per kWh, plus an admin fee of US$10. For extended stays of more than 7 nights, the villa will receive additional cleaning services every 6 or 7th day, at an additional cost of $70 per cleaning. This charge will be applied after the stay. Being in a residential area and as part of the neighborhood care, there is a no loud music, loud parties or events policy. There is a quiet period from 9 pm to 9 am. Government utility supply disruptions may occur on the island of Curaçao, causing short-term discomfort. These events are outside of the host’s control and not related to the property or its upkeep. Since both properties feature the same modern amenities and are located right next to each other, they can also be rented together (subject to simultaneous availability) for larger groups.
