Welcome to our charming retreat within our home, where calm surrounds everything. A private space in the basement, thoughtfully designed, featuring a double bedroom in the main area and a separate single room, a full bathroom, and a cozy living area to unwind. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for whatever you feel like at any moment and access to the garden. Located in a quiet residential area between sea and mountains, perfect to disconnect. Guest access During your stay, you’ll enjoy your private bedroom and living room with access to various TV platforms. You’ll also have parking for bikes or a motorbike, a private garden with cozy spots for outdoor meals, a private community pool within set hours, and a laundry service available upon request (we’ll take care of the washing). During your stay During your stay, we’ll always be attentive to your needs. Since we live in the same house, it’s easy for us to help you at any time. We love taking care of our guests and making them feel part of our family. Even though we are nearby, you will enjoy total independence and privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note Our accommodation is located in Premià de Dalt, a charming town in the Maresme that combines tranquility with proximity to Barcelona (20 km). Here you can enjoy the sea, mountains, and leisure activities for all ages: • La Poma BikePark (5 min by car / 2 km): famous BMX and mountain bike circuit. • Isla Fantasía Water Park (10 min by car/ 6 km): slides and pools for the whole family. • Montmeló Circuit – Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (25 min by car / 22 km): home of Formula 1 and MotoGP. • Maresme beaches (less than 10 min by car): long sandy beaches with beach bars and a family-friendly atmosphere. • Mountain trails in the Serralada Litoral: marked routes for walking or trekking, such as the Camí del Remei or the hike up to the Creu de Can Boquet, offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean.
